Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. Parcels usually arrive on time, and the ordering and tracking process is quite straightforward. I appreciate the convenience of the service and the delivery speed. However, there was one unpleasant incident: one of my parcels arrived damaged. Unfortunately, I wasn't compensated for the damaged item, and I had to write it off as it was unusable. I would like to see compensation or problem resolution for customers handled more carefully in similar situations. But I should note that this was an isolated incident, and overall, my experience with the delivery service has been positive. I hope the service continues to develop and improve.

The biggest plus is that recent deliveries from Poland take literally just a couple of days: from the moment the parcel is received at the Polish warehouse until it's delivered to the Ukrainian warehouse. Also, the courier in Ukraine always delivers parcels promptly. The only downside, in my opinion, is that there's no free delivery by Nova Poshta, as it's not always convenient to wait for a courier, especially when you need to go to work...

We sell original toys in Ukraine, so we use Zakhid company's services regularly. Just recently, a courier delivered boxes with a new shipment to us. I'd like to leave a review about the delivery! I bought goods in Poland and received my parcels throughout January and February. Everything arrived well-packaged, whole, and undamaged. The courier delivered the parcels to my home for free. I ordered the last parcel via expedited shipping (the cost within Ukraine was 130 UAH), and it was delivered directly to my apartment. I generally thought the parcels would take longer to arrive, but since it's not a sales period right now, it arrived quickly. This time I ordered NP delivery, as the weight was too low, but I want to mention the courier who always politely calls ahead about the upcoming delivery and brings it right to my door.
